1. Die slider should add oil once per shift;
2.Pneumatic triad oil cups should be filled with oil once every shift and the water in the cup should be drained;
3.Screws for fixing the cylinder should be frequently checked and reinforced within a few weeks after the new machine is used;
4. The reversing valve and overflow valve should be cleaned frequently when the new machine is used at the first stage;
5. If any leak is found in the tubing, re-tighten or replace the O-ring;
6. The water system of the cooler should be turned on before production every day. The water system should be turned off and the
power switch must be turned off after working to clean the production site.
