The main features of the stainless steel wire straight line wire drawing machine are that the drum adopts narrow slot water cooling, and the drawing die adopts direct water cooling; the cooling effect is good; the transmission efficiency is high and the noise is low; the fully enclosed protection system is adopted, and the safety is good; the air tension tuning is adopted, and the drawing is stable.

Different from the ordinary wire drawing machine, the straight wire drawing machine adopts AC frequency conversion control technology or DC programmable control system and screen display, with high degree of automation, convenient operation and high quality of drawing products.
