Our high speed thread rolling machine is a kind of high efficiency thread processing equipment. It is equipped with many kinds of special mold which could produce many kinds of special-shaped nails, especially used for anti-loose screw shank nails, ring shank nails and some new style nails.
The two thread rolling dies with threaded teeth are staggered, and the 1/2 pitch is arranged relative to each other. The static die is fixed and the moving die makes a reciprocating linear movement parallel to the static die. When the nail is sent between the two dies, it moves. The die is rubbed and pressed to plastically deform its surface to form threads. This machine is simple, sensitive, efficient, time-saving and labor-saving.
