This machine is designed to draw and flat the round galvanized wire to flat wire with suitable diameter and thickness for specific staple pins making purpose.
SSS water tank type wire drawing and flattening machine adopts tri-axial and quadruple cone type drawing with two groups of drive pulleys and two groups of follower pulleys, which enlarges the drawing range. The cone pulleys with case hardness 85 degree increase service life and drawing speed.
