It depends on the nail sizes. We can calculate the output in kilos per hour after you give us the nail diameter and length. The nail making speed of our high speed nail making machine is around 700-800 pcs/min.

3. What iron quality should be used in the machine ? (we use 1006 carbon)
#1006 low carbon steel is okay to use on our machine. Our machine can make nails with wires from 1006-1045.
